1. Who we are
Mi Chico Dance AI (michicodanceai.lol) is an independent photo-to-dance video service. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Google, or any artist, choreographer, or record label referenced on this site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until cancelled from the billing page. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Generation access
Generation uses shared capacity. During busy periods your request may wait in a queue, and access depends on an active paid subscription. We may adjust capacity or limits to keep the service available.
5. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the photos, prompts and materials you provide. You must have permission to use every person, photo, motion reference and audio track you submit.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Mi Chico Dance AI to infringe copyright, impersonate another person, create non-consensual intimate content, or break applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
7. Availability
We work to keep the site online, but the service is provided as is and features may change or pause while we improve it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you subscribe applies to that subscription period.
